A beloved colleague, Jim Shrosbree, once mailed me some rolls of copper tape to see what I might do with them. With the same compass and straight edge that I had been using for the EYE SITES I substituted the graphite for the tape. The shards had to be glazed so that the copper would melt into it leaving crisp but fluid green lines.
